Hyperbaric Medicine

What is hyperbaric medicine?

Hyperbaric medicine, also known as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), is a field of medicine that studies the physical and physiological effects produced in the human body as a result of increasing its environmental pressure.

It is a non-invasive treatment that consists of the medical use of oxygen in patients inside a chamber with pressure from 1.4 ATM up to 3 ATM.

HBOT has become one of the most widely used treatments because of its proven high therapeutic efficiency in the treatment of different health diseases.
